Plastic Injection Moulding Machine for Syringe and Infusion Set Making

The plastic parts of medical product are formed through mould installed in the injection machine with hot-melt PP material. It is the most important part of production process, as the design and accuracy of mould will determine the final quality of the medical product.

The syringe barrel should have single color printing with scale, unit, and logo, etc. There are drying oven after printing, and including a silicon oil spray mechanism.

Assemble all parts of medical products to form one complete set. A stable and high-speed assembly machine will greatly increase the daily output.

The assembled medical product needs individual packing to keep clean. The process is handled by a packing machine. After individual packing, products are placed in boxes and cartons.

To ensure medical products are sterile and progeny-free, packed products are sterilized by ethylene oxide gas (ETO). A preheating system can be added to shorten the cycle time if required.
