Core Technology: The system utilizes high-temperature microwave sterilization (wet heat sterilization). Microwaves penetrate deep into waste goods, releasing latent heat from steam to rapidly reach sterilization temperatures, effectively neutralizing microorganisms and bacterial spores.

• Feeding: Automatic feeding module transfers waste into a closed silo under negative pressure.
• Crushing: Multi-function module reduces waste to small pieces (approx. 5cm).
• Microwave Treatment: Waste enters the spiral chamber where it interacts with high-temperature electromagnetic waves and steam.
• Disinfection: Maintains 95°C for 45 minutes with continuous rotation for ideal heat distribution.
• Discharge: Residue is safely discharged via an automatic spiral system.
