This Medical Waste High-Temperature Steam Sterilization System is a complete emergency disposal solution with a design capacity of 3.2 tons per day.
1. Feeding & Loading: Medical waste is loaded into dedicated sterilization carts.
2. Sterilization Cycle: The carts are conveyed into a double-door, cylindrical autoclave. Pre-vacuum phase removes air, followed by steam injection to raise temperature to ≥135°C at ≥0.22 MPa for ≥45 minutes. A post-vacuum phase cools and dries the waste.
3. Unloading & Transfer: Automated rail systems transfer carts to the discharge point post-sterilization.
4. Shredding: Sterilized waste is fed into a dual-shaft shredder for volume reduction.
5. Collection: Shredded residue is conveyed for final collection and disposal.
