System Overview: This Medical Waste High-Temperature Steam Sterilization System is a complete emergency disposal solution with a design capacity of 3.2 tons per day.
High-Temperature Treatment: The vessel operates at ≥0.22 MPa and ≥135°C for ≥45 minutes, utilizing pre-vacuum and post-vacuum cycles for effective air removal and drying.
Shredding & Disposal: Sterilized waste is automatically conveyed to a dual-shaft shredder (2x18.5KW) for irreversible size reduction.
Feeding & Loading: Medical waste is loaded into dedicated stainless-steel sterilization carts.
Sterilization Cycle: Carts enter the autoclave. Pre-vacuum phase followed by steam injection at ≥135°C (≥0.22 MPa) for ≥45 minutes.
Unloading: Automated rail systems transfer carts to the discharge point after cooling.
Shredding: Sterilized waste is destroyed by a dual-shaft shredder for volume reduction.
