Saturated steam sterilization, compliant and controllable
The equipment utilizes high-pressure saturated steam sterilization technology, strictly adhering to high-temperature steam disinfection standards. Based on a horizontal, sealed tank structure, it ensures that high-pressure saturated steam evenly fills the tank's interior, deeply penetrating the medical waste pile. This achieves a killing rate of over 99.99% for various pathogenic microorganisms such as E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and hepatitis B virus.
It is capable of processing various types of solid medical waste (water content ≤80%), including disposable syringes, dressings, cotton balls, discarded specimens, and laboratory consumables. Operation is safe and sealed, eliminating the risk of steam leakage and secondary pollution.
The complete set includes: Sterilizer body (high-pressure tank, instruments, safety valves), transfer carts, air compressor, water softener, electric steam generator, induced draft fan, photo-oxidation equipment, pipeline circulation pump, and PLC electrical control cabinet.
