Product Description
Bottle Sterilization using Autoclave Steam / IV Solution Soft Bag Sterile Equipment / Water Bath Sterile Equipment
ℹ
Brief Introduction:
Water bath sterilizer uses high temperature circulating water as sterilization medium, and carry out water-pouring sterilizing operation to LVP PP bottles. With anti-pressure protection device, it can be applied widely to high-and-low temperature sterilizing operation on liquid in glass bottles, ampoule bottles, plastic bottles, plastic bags etc.
Main Features
1. High heat efficiency and excellent temperature uniformity across a wide range.
2. Sterilizing medium runs in a closed circulating system, preventing secondary pollution during operation.

Frequently Asked Questions
What materials can be processed in this water bath sterilizer?
It is ideal for LVP PP bottles, glass bottles, ampoules, plastic bags, and even sealed food packages like cans and drinks.
How does the system ensure temperature uniformity?
The equipment uses high-temperature circulating water as the medium, ensuring heat uniformity within ±1ºC throughout the chamber.
Is there protection against secondary pollution?
Yes, the sterilizing medium operates within a closed circulating system, which effectively eliminates the risk of external contamination during the cycle.
What are the safety features for high-pressure operation?
The system includes an anti-pressure protection device and ultra-high temperature alarms to ensure safe operation at all times.
Can sterilization data be recorded?
Yes, the equipment supports sterilization information recording and printing for compliance and quality control.
What utilities are required for installation?
Installation requires a stable supply of steam, deionized water, cooling water, compressed air (0.6-0.8MPa), and a 380V power source.
