Medical gauze loom TDM-710 is suitable for making all gauze fabrics and baby products. It is designed for high efficiency and stable performance in specialized textile production.
This machine adopts box type side frames, beam and the middle brackets, which formed the high strength frameworks to make looms high speed running more stable.
Adopts profiled reed, and the main and sub nozzle to get smooth weft insertion channel. Equipped with new type energy-saving weft insertion system, which can shorten air path, increase jet sensitivity and reduce air consumption.
Optimally-designed 4-link rod beating-up mechanism is of short stroke and small vibration, capable of strong beating-up during high-speed operation, ideal for narrow looms.
Utilizes digital control technology and intelligent signal processing to enhance feeling accuracy. Adopt double-feeler type for short weft, long weft, and broken weft detection.
