The TDM-710 medical gauze loom is specifically designed for the manufacturing of all gauze fabrics and baby care products, ensuring high efficiency and hygiene standards.
This machine adopts box-type side frames, beam, and middle brackets, forming a high-strength framework. This design ensures that looms remain stable even during high-speed running.
Equipped with profiled reeds and a combination of main and sub-nozzles for a smooth channel. The new energy-saving system shortens the air path, increases jet sensitivity, and significantly reduces air consumption.
The optimally-designed 4-link rod beating-up mechanism features a short stroke and low vibration, allowing for strong beating-up during high-speed operation. It also includes a double weft feeler using digital signal processing for enhanced accuracy.
Features an automatic dividing pick storer to prevent yarn intertwining. The large LCD screen supports parameter setting, automatic monitoring, self-diagnosis, and features a USB interface for data management.
