The seller will send 4-7 engineers to install, test the production line and train customers' workers in buyers' factory. It will take more than 1 month for the whole installation and operational training.
The seller covers engineers' salary and visa cost. The buyer covers round air tickets, accommodations, transportation, food, medical care, and safety costs in the buyer's country. Support for labor, electric wiring, and tools is also required from the buyer.
The guarantee period is 12 months after installation, but not later than 18 months after the date of shipment. If any item is proved defective by seller's technicians, the seller will repair or supply new components for replacement free of charge on a CNF basis.
Regular spares and damage from normal wear, abnormal operation, or improper maintenance are not covered.
Pre-sales, sales, and after-sales services are provided, including one year of free maintenance warranty. Customers can send pictures via email for online troubleshooting. If the issue persists, engineers will be dispatched to the factory (transportation and accommodation covered by the buyer).
The production line and components are treated according to export standards to protect against damage and rusting before delivery.
