CGN208-D type capsule filling machine is a new efficient equipment based on the DTJ-C model. Following extensive research and development, it offers an easier, more intuitive operation and higher loading efficiency in capsule dropping, U-turning, and vacuum separation.
The new orientating system adopts a columns pill positioning design, which drastically reduces mould replacement time from 30 minutes to just 5-8 minutes.
This high-configuration machine features combined electricity and pneumatic control, PLC and touch screen interface, automatic electronic counting, and a frequency conversion speed regulating device.
