The DTJ-T Capsule-Filling Machine is a new type of medicine filling machine with a novel structure and attractive appearance. Operating under both electrical and pneumatic control and equipped with an automatic electronic counter and computer-controlled speed-adjusting device, the machine can efficiently accomplish the positioning, separation, and locking of capsules.
Designed to replace manual capsule-filling, it significantly reduces labor intensity and raises productivity. Its filling amounts are highly accurate and meet the strict sanitary standards for pharmaceutical production.
The machine consists of several key mechanisms: capsule-feeding, U-turning and separating, material filling, locking device, electronic speed varying system, and electrical/pneumatic control protection. It also includes essential accessories such as a vacuum pump and air pump.
This machine is compatible with both domestic and imported capsules, achieving a finished product qualification rate of above 98%.
