The seller will send 4-7 engineers to install, test the production line and train customers' workers in the buyers' factory. The process takes more than 1 month for complete installation and operational training. The seller covers engineers' salary and visa costs. The buyer is responsible for round air tickets, accommodations, local transportation, food, medical care, and safety-related costs. The buyer should also provide sufficient labor and necessary tools for installation.
The guarantee period for the equipment is 12 months after installation (no later than 18 months after shipment). If any item is proved defective by seller's technicians within this period, the seller will either repair or supply new components for replacement free of charge (CNF basis). Technical support is offered throughout the guarantee period. This does not apply to regular spare parts or damage from normal wear, improper operation, or inadequate maintenance.
We provide comprehensive pre-sales, sales, and after-sales service, including a one-year maintenance warranty. For technical issues, customers can provide detailed photos via email for online troubleshooting. If a malfunction cannot be resolved remotely, engineers will be dispatched to the factory. In such cases, the buyer covers transportation, accommodation, and airfare costs.
The production line and all components are treated according to international export standards to prevent damage and rusting during delivery.
