Single Cylinder Double Doffer Carding Machine
🎯 Application:
The machine is suitable to card the chemical fiber and blended fiber after opening to be evenly distributed fiber network and used for the next process.
The machine adopts single-cylinder combing, double-doffer double-random (clutter) roller delivery, and double-roller stripping cotton. It features strong carding ability and high production efficiency. All cylinders are modulated and qualitatively processed with precision machining, ensuring radial runout is less than or equal to 0.03mm.
The feed roller is paired with upper and lower groups, utilizing frequency control and independent transmission. It is equipped with a metal detection device and a self-stop alarm reversing function for enhanced safety.
