Our factory is located in China. We provide convenient pick-up services from the nearest airport or train station for all visiting customers.
What is the standard delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is usually 30-45 days. For urgent requirements, we can expedite production to deliver within approximately 10 days.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer an 18-month warranty on all products and provide lifetime maintenance. Replacement parts for manufacturing defects are free during the warranty period.
How are the machines packaged for transport?
Machines are treated with anti-corrosion oil and wrapped in plastic film. Optional wooden box packaging is available upon request.
Do you provide on-site installation services?
Yes, our engineers are available for international installation and training. The buyer is responsible for travel expenses, accommodation, and a daily service fee.
What are the accepted payment terms?
We accept various payment methods including Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Letter of Credit (L/C), and Western Union.
