Medical dressing rotary die cutting making machine
The Medical Dressing Rotary Die-Cutting Machine is a multi-functional universal machine designed for diverse medical product manufacturing. Integrated with Omron high-end motion controllers, every workstation and feeding axis is independently driven by servo motors. This modularity allows individual units to function independently or as a synchronized system, supporting embossing, die-cutting, and transfer printing.
The specialized bandage machine automates the full production cycle: cotton core die-cutting, transfer lamination, outer shape die-cutting, cold sealing of packaging paper, and final die-cutting. It supports 2-32 workstations, customizable with inkjet coding, robotic arms, and dispensing systems.
