The seller will send 4-7 engineers to install, test the production line and train workers in the buyer's factory. The process takes more than 1 month for complete installation and operational training.
The seller covers engineer salaries and visa costs. The buyer is responsible for round-trip air tickets, accommodations, local transportation, food, medical care, and safety-related costs.
The guarantee period is 12 months after installation, not exceeding 18 months after the date of shipment. If components are proved defective by technicians, replacement parts or repairs will be provided free of charge on a CNF basis.
This excludes normal wear, abnormal operation, or improper maintenance. The seller is not liable for machinery production loss.
Comprehensive pre-sales, sales, and after-sales service are provided. For technical issues, customers can provide photos and details via email for rapid online troubleshooting.
If issues cannot be resolved remotely during the guarantee period, engineers will be dispatched to the site for problem-solving.
All machinery and components are treated according to strict export standards to protect against damage and rusting during delivery.
