This series of plate lamination machine is suitable for the surface of MDF board, particle board, calcium silicate board, glass magnesium board, PVC foam board, aluminum board, and wood plastic doors. It efficiently processes PVC film, paper, veneer, CPL, leather, aluminum foil, and copper foil fabrics.
Advanced Components: Includes additive device, PVC film corona machine, and protective film device for enhanced material treatment.
Precision Adjustment: Width adjustment via hand wheel with counter display. Equipped with 4 rubber rollers (200mm diameter) and an automatic tension compensation system to maintain constant fabric tension.
Electronic Control: Integrated PLC control system managing all hot-melt functions. Features Delta brand controllers and Schneider low-voltage components for reliable operation.
Transmission System: Helical gear transmission ensures long-term accuracy. The feeding end utilizes unidirectional bearings for consistent material gaps and easy operation.
