The machine uses high-frequency thermal bonding to heat the workpiece through a high-frequency mold. This process allows for precise bonding of plastic to plastic, plastic to paper cards, or paper cards to paper cards. The card surface is typically coated with a layer of PVC, APET, or PETG glue, which melts under high-frequency action to form a seamless seal.
