Process flow: After the empty barrel is automatically delivered in place, the large flow rate filling begins. When the filling volume reaches the target volume of coarse filling, the large flow rate is closed, and the small flow rate filling begins. After reaching the target value of fine filling, the valve body is closed in time.
Forklift loading barrel: Empty barrels are delivered to the conveyor line via forklift.
Opening, filling and capping: Visual camera locates the barrel mouth. The system handles lid opening, peeling, filling, and re-inspection automatically. Refills occur if weight is below target.
Robot labeling: High-precision camera identifies the labeling position, and a robotic arm applies labels to the barrel body.
Automatic strapping: Materials are delivered for horizontal strapping automatically.
