Qualified raw material water is pressurized by a multi-stage pump. It is heated in the condenser and each effect preheater by secondary steam, distilled water, and condensate. In the first effect evaporator, it enters the inner wall of the heated tube via a distributor jet, forming a film flow vaporized by industrial steam. The resulting secondary steam is used to heat the subsequent effect, repeating the process. Pure steam finally enters the condenser for cooling and is converted into water for injection after conductivity detection.
