Suitable for cutting BOPP, PVC, PE, masking tape, double-sided tape, cloth tape, industrial tape, protection film, etc.
Main driving part: Taiwan AC motor with inverter is employed.
Central control unit: Programmable central control is used and 20 sizes can be set on the same shaft for auto transfer and cutting.
Operating panel: All functions are operated on the 10" LCD touch panel.
Motor control system: The central control system is PLC programmable controller.
Cutting positioning system: Controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor. High precision ball screw and linear slide rail ensure accuracy.
Blade feeding positioning system: Controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor, with adjustable three-stage cutting speed.
Auto angle adjustment: Mitsubishi servo motor calculates the circular blade angle (range ± 8°) based on materials.
Quick shaft change system: Three kinds of shafts are available for quick change to suit different materials.
