Production Process Route and Process Flow:

  • The production line adopts the technology of "slit negative pressure drafting".
  • Spunbond process flow: Chip storage trough -> Air conveying device -> Screw extrusion melting -> Filtration -> Spinning air drafting -> Netting -> Hot rolling into cloth -> Rolling.
