Primary Applications: This machine is specifically designed for carding cotton swabs, cotton balls, medical cotton, and cosmetic cotton production. The absorbent cotton is opened and driven into the cotton box by the opening machine, ensuring the cotton box feeds the carding machine evenly. The machine supports carding into strips or laying nets into degreased cotton rolls. It can be configured with 4 coil strips, reaching a minimum comb strip of 1.5g/m.
